Shipping & Delivery
We use Australian air Express, Fastway and Toll Ipec for all of our shipping requirements in Australia. This provides a fast and secure way of shipping our products to you. Each order can be tracked, no matter where it is in Australia, eliminating any chance of lost packages. They offer a door to door service which makes sure your order finishes with the correct person. All packages will require a signature to receive them so please include a delivery address that makes sure someone can receive it during business hours. Due to this we cannot send to PO Boxes. If no one is there to receive the parcel, AaE, Fastway & Toll Ipec will leave a card and a call can be made to make an alternative time to re-deliver.

For all international orders, please email us with your order and we can arrange a postal quote for you to approve first.

If we do not have enough stock on hand when you place your order, we will wait for your order to be complete before sending it. You will be notified of this as soon as possible. You can choose to have your part order sent to you but you will be required to pay for the postage on the rest of the order once it becomes available.

Returns & Replacements
Please do choose carefully!! If however you are unhappy with your product you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit (minus postage expenses). Please retain your e-receipt for proof of purchase. This is provided the goods have not been opened or used and all seals and containers are intact.
Ordering
If you are a visitor to our website from countries other than Australia, welcome.
Currently our website only accepts orders with a delivery address located in Australia due to our set delivery fee for orders in Australia only.
If you would like to place an order with us here at Scentiments, then please copy and paste your 'checkout page' into an email or simply write directly into an email your desired products including quantities and price to avoid confusion and send to sales@scentiments.com.au.
A delivery quote will be obtained and emailed to you for approval and you will be advised how to place the order with the correct postage. An insurance quote will also be provided for you and this is an optional extra.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept the following major credit cards - VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX. All transactions are processed by the Commonwealth Bank in real time by a secure server. This is the most secure way you can process transactions on the internet. Your personal credit card details are not seen or stored by anyone here at Scentiments. Simply stated, your transaction is processed by the bank, approved, and then your order sent.

You can also pay via Money orders or Cheques. Proceed through to the checkout, and select this as your payment option. An invoice will be emailed to you with the required details. Please make sure all cheques/money orders are made out to Scentiments and post to 6/282-284 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin, Victoria 3189. Once all funds have been cleared, your order will be delivered to your nominated address.

Direct Bank deposit can also be used to purchase items from this site. Simply transfer the funds from your own internet banking website into the following bank account.
