Do you have a money back guarantee?
Absolutely. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the items for a full refund (less postage).

Yes. All prices quoted on this site include the G.S.T.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
Yes it is. All transactions using a credit card on this site are processed in real time by the bank. Your personal details are not even seen by anyone here at Scentiments. This website uses a safe and fully encrypted software package that means your details cannot be accessed by anyone else. Check for the little locked padlock in the toolbar in the bottom right hand corner of your screen or next to your URL browser bar.

What are your delivery times?
All orders placed Monday to Friday, are dispatched within 1-2 business days, subject to all stock being available. We use a courier company, Startrack for all our deliveries so you can expect to receive your goods within 1-7 business days depending on your location in Australia. All parcels are able to be tracked and will require a signature to receive them so please ensure you provide a delivery address suitable for you to receive it during business hours. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How much do you charge for postage?
We charge a flat rate charge of $7.95 Australia wide. If your order totals more than $50, we offer free shipping.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can. The retail store is located at Unit 5, 9 Chapel Street, Lynbrook, Victoria. Please call us beforehand on 03 8787 5033 to ensure we are there for you.

Is Scentiments an Australian Company?
Yes it is. While some of our products are imported from overseas, Scentiments is 100% Australian owned.

How can I add items to an order I have already placed?
Have your customer number ready and call 03 8787 5033 or 1800 68 64 90 during business hours (EST). We can only add items if your order has not already been shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do. This is a complimentary service we provide here at Scentiments. Simply select 'Yes' in the drop down box located in each individual items description for each item you wish to have gift wrapped. You can write a message in the text box provided and we will include a complimentary card with that message also. Then leave the rest to us. Each item is wrapped in a high quality white gloss paper with pink ribbon.

What if I need to send a gift to multiple destinations? 

You will need to place individual orders for each destination. This will allow you to enter the delivery details of each person correctly.
